Summary / Abstract :
|
In the presenting the new government to be national assembly on 06 May general Sirik Matak reaffirmed Cambodia's adherence to a policy of active neutrality. He stated that the government's first objective was to defeat the north Vietnamese and Vietcong aggressors and that Cambodia would make no concession on its independence, territorial integrity and neutrality. He pointed out that Cambodia continue to seek application of the 1954. Geneva agreement the prime minister delegate also expressed support for regional co-operation.
