1st add Cambodia, Phnom Penh- In a speech outling the new cabinet's policies, Sirik Matak listed there major objectives for which the government will work to Vanquish the Vietcong and north Vietnamese aggressors, to speed up work on the republican constitution of Cambodia, and the resolution of economic, in financial and social problems in the struggle to achieve an equilibrium acceptable to all.
