Summary / Abstract :

Apart from the visit of the South Vietnamese economic delegation (See para a bove) there were no singnificant developments in Cambodia's foreign relations. Cambodian ignored the pessimistic international post motes about the South Vietnamese incursions in to Southern Laos and continued to stress the significant benefits of the operations. In his new year message 16 April the Prime Minister General Lon Nol, implied that South Vietnamese successes on the Hochin Minh tral were causing the north Vietnamese to look far a way out of the war they had started.
