Attach for your information a copy of a note from the Foreign Ministry dated August 12, 1964 drawing attention alleged overflights and powder dropping in Rattanakiri on July 29-30 and in Svay Rieng on July 30. Also attached for appropriate action is a role from the Foreign Ministry asking us to forward to the Australian Parliament the enclosed resolution adopted by the Cambodian Parliament.
