He confirmed to the Sri Lankan Ambassador the general program of travel reported/by Pyongyang (Excepting the northern African countries) and said he would be in Phnom Penjh to receive credentials in January. But that he would live in Siem Reap near Angkor Wat, while in Cambodia. He expected his period of residence to be about six months at a time, the rest of each year being devoted to representing Cambodia abroad.
