Cambodian are small homogeneous politically passive nation with few grievance. Removal of Sihanouk and need to mobilize have understandably resulted in certain shifts in political power structure but essential stability of situation remains. With discussion of constitution there is talk of political parties but interest is limited and ONG Sim and other believed this is something for future.
