Chum Phal, worker of factory T-5, confessed that Hun Veun, loom repairer of factory T-5, received the plot 3 times from Kung Phirun to destroy factory's equipment and other materials, to convince [people]of psychological ideology, to frighten people away by raising the Angkar did no allow someone go to visit home, to find way to shut down the factory and to cause electrical equipment exploded.
