Summary / Abstract :
|
The French council of minister considered developments in Cambodia on 19th March. Following the meeting the cabinet spokesman stated that the Cambodian Embassador in Pariss had formally advised the government that there would be no change in the constitution of his country which would maintain its monarchial form, nor in the policy of Independence, peace nutrality and territorial interity of Cambodia, the government of which would respect its engagements towards allied countries and international organisation.
