When I saw manae'h on 11th September. We discussed the question of the declaration of respect for Cambodia's frontiers. This yieded no new information but three of manah's remarks are worth recording. The french can not at present offer any explanation is Sihanaouk's strong pressure at this stage for recognition of as distinet from respect for, Cambodia's existing frontiers.
