I am to receive a call on Thursday 02 July from Nheik Tiloulons of Sihanouk's funcipek (United National front for an independent neutral peace and cooperative Cambodia). The call was sought by the secretary general fore Funcipek with the purpose of informing me of resolutions adopted at a meeting of the front held in France this week under Sihanouk's charimanship. principally relating to Sihanouk regarding to participate in united anti-Vietnamese front with the Khmers Rouge, an announcement to this effect is reported very briefly in today's Le Monde).
