Cambodia: special envoy comrade Ho Dam, who was an a visit to Democratic Cambodia on August 08, called on Khieu Samphan, President of the Presidium of the State of Democratic Cambodia, according to a report from Phnom Penh. The special envoy courteously convoyed greetings and a verbal message of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung to President Khieu Samphan.
