Ieng Sary, Deputy Prime Minister in Charge of Foreign Affairs of Kampuchea and a five-man delegation, visited Burma from March 07-14. The visit came at the invitation of Burmese Foreign Minister U Hla Phone, who extended the invitation during the talks with Ieng Sary at the Lima non-aligned conference.
