South-East Asia
Murray said that most time at the meeting was devoted to the initiative to prepare a paper on conditions and perspective for lasting stability in South -East Asia (O.LH 94170 of 20 December 1977). He recalled that last December the French repersentative had produced an outline of such a paper, which the working group had discussed. Representatives them thought that the process of preparation should be speeded up, and a general desire existed to completed the paper by mind 1978. |
