The 17 anniversary of the foundation of the Kampuchea communist party (30 anniversary 1950) was celebrated on Sunday 02 October with reception held by the Cambodian Ambassador, Sam San at the hotel Lane Keng. On the Loas side, the reception was attempted by two sisophone Lovansay, the central committee's secretariat secretary (say Vong Kham Sao). Khamphay Boupha (member of the lao partriotic front and vice -Minister for foreign affairs) and numerous lao cadres from various ministries.
