Summary / Abstract :

In April 1975, Prince Sihanouk wrote to the then president of Portugal, Costa comes, urging portugues recognition of GRUNK . Portugal recognised the new government in Cambodia on 17 April 1975 and shortly afterwards president costa gomes sent a reply to Prince Sihanouk (our memorandum no 220 of 29 April 1975 refers).
