We have repeated to you separately Peking's report of the meeting between the Prime Minister and Prince Sihanouk.
The prime minister has made clear to the press, as he did to prince Sihanouk, that there has been no shfit in Australia's policy of not taking sides, This will require that your role with regard to the Khmer republic's interest in FRG continue to be played in low key. You should also know that Prime minister has re-affiremed earlier decision that Australia should not renew membership of E.S.F |
