Visit: Sihanouk to India, Chou En-Lai to Cambodia Mitra the Indian charge told me that he had completed all the arrangements for a visit which Sihanouk plans to make to India. The official reason is to attend the celebrations connected with the Buddha Jayanti but in fact, according to Mitra, Sihanouk, would have talks with Nehru.
