President Rajendra Prasad with a staff of 26 and four aeroplance of aircrew, detctives and I thinks looks, arrived in Phnom Penh on March 15th and left this morning for Saigon. This is Phnom Penh the first visit made to Cambodia by a head of state since it gained its independence and as the Cambodians did not fail to point ..In their address of welcome, was all the more significant in their eyes because it was the president of India of making it.
