I suggested it is unreal to think of the idea of India Training Mission as still alive. It is perhaps capable of revival, but although India recognizes the need for stability in Cambodia, suspicion of both Sihanouk and US policy and the risk of being involved however remotely with SEATO are likely in my opinion to prevent her accepting any military role, even training.
