From a conversation with Hyslop (please protect) on June 22 we gather that SEATO itself has no knowledge of any plan by a member country to raise the question of providing assistance to Cambodia. He thought, however, that statement made by Thanat and Holyoake at wellington last week were quite rebust and indicated a concerned that could well be reflected at the Manila meeting.
