ចិន សាត នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋផ្នែកចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ បានសារភាពថា យ៉ុម យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូចក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន នៅភូមិបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ឱ្យអប់រំ កសាងកម្លាំងសំរាប់ត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
