Chech Sat, working in animal raising office of state commerce, confessed that In November 1974, Vey received the order from Sat, at Phalla village, Cheung Chhnok sub-district, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province, to betray the party. In May 1975, Vey received the indoctrination again from Chen at Chraing Chamreh.
ចិន សាត ចិញ្ចឹមសត្វពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ១១ ១៩៧៤ កាលនៅភូមិផល្លា ឃុំជើងឆ្នុក ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម វៃ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីខ្លួន«សាត»អោយក្បត់បក្ស។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ វៃ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីចិនសាតម្ដងតៀត នៅច្រាំងចំរេះ។
