Chech Sat, working in animal raising office of state commerce, confessed that he indoctrinated Ieng Leap to betray the party. In November 1974, Ieng Leap received the plot from Sat to build up forces in order to revolt against the revolution. In June 1975, [Sat]joined the meeting at Chraing Chamreh to talk about the plan to provoke turmoil and to burn down [the Angkar's property].
ចិន សាត ចិញ្ចឹម សត្វ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំ អៀង លាប អោយក្បត់បក្ស។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៤ អៀង លាប ទទួលផែនការពីសាត អោយកសាងកម្លាំង ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ បានប្រជុំផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការនៅច្រាំងចំរេះ អោយអុកឡុក និងដុតបំផ្លាញ។
