During and since the recent SEATO council meeting at Manila Prince Sihanouk had made numerous references to that organisation which indicated that he now regards it as hostile, and inimical to Cambodian interest. In particular he strenuously rejects to contently made claim that Cambodia ewes its please and stability to the umbrella provided by SEATO.
