Summary / Abstract :

Vietnamese involvement in the military campaign against the Cambodian regime headed by Mr. Khieu Samphan, Pol Pot and Ieng Sary has never been in doubt. Though available information about its nature and extent may not be wholly accurate, it is clearly with Vietnamese military support that the rebels in Cambodia have brought the regimes in Phnom Penh to his present state.
