Summary / Abstract :

The intentional court of justice today holds oral hearings in its first case in 1961, the so-called ''Temple Preah Vihear dispute'' between Cambodia and Thailand. The court is meeting to hear the '' Preliminary objections'' raised by Thailand to the jurisdiction of the court to deal with the application submitted by the complainant, Cambodia.
