The confession of Vietnamese soldiers captured by Kampuchean Army at the time when they invaded Kampuchean territory, revealed the insecurity in Tamky, Khvann Nam province, central zone, and robbery of people's property and killing in the district.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ទាហានយួន ដែលកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា យើងចាប់បាន ពេលចូលឈ្លានពានកម្ពុជា។ បានឆ្លើយអំពីអសន្ដិសុខនៅស្រុកតាមគី ខេត្ដក្វាន់ណាម យួនភាគកណ្ដាល បានធ្វើអំពើចោរកម្មប្លន់ ទ្រព្យ សម្បត្ដិប្រជាជន និងសម្លាប់មនុស្សនៅក្នុងស្រុកនេះ។
