The confession of Sokh Nann, worker of Factory T-4, confessed that Nhoung Saroeun, former mechanic, currently worked as a worker of Kim Chhai Hang. Before April 17, 1975, Saroeun joined the CIA, convincing workers to oppose to the communism regime and to love the CIA.
