Tauch Chhoeun, soldier of group 2, municipal commerce, confessed that he and Phoan, group chief, used to work together in one group. In August 1975, Phoan indoctrinated Chhoeun and Chakk to betray the revolution. Chakk mixed poison with grass together in order to poison cows. In July 1976, Chakk attended a meeting and received a plot from Sat to mix poison and vegetable so as to kill foreigners. Mean Choeun aka Song confessed that Phoan indoctrinated Chakk to betray the party in 1974. Chakk accepted a plot from Phoan and Mitt to destroy plants. Phoan conspired with Chakk to kill a worker's child at textile factory close to Phsar Tauch.
តូច ឈឿនយុទ្ធជនក្រុម ២ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុងបាននិយាយថា ខ្លួន និង ភាន់ ប្រធានក្រុម ធ្លាប់នៅក្រុមជាមួយគ្នា។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ភាន់បានអប់រំខ្លួន និង ចក់ អោយក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។ ចក់ បានយក ថ្នាំបំពុលដាក់ក្នុងស្មៅ ហើយយកទៅអោយគោស៊ី។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ចក់ចូលប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពី សាត អោយយកថ្នាំពុល ដាក់បន្លែ សម្លាប់បរទេស។ ចំណែក មាន ជឿន ហៅសុង បាននិយាយថា ភាន់បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ភាន់បានអប់រំចក់អោយក្បត់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ ចក់ ទទួលផែនការពីភាន់ និង មិត្ដ អោយបំផ្លាញ ដំណាំ។ ខ្លួន និង ចក់បានសម្លាប់កុមារដែលជាកូនកម្មករ ម្នាក់នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញជិតផ្សារតូច។
