After some days delay I managed to see the foreign minister this morning and pass on to him Boon's message of the 27 July emphasizing that while it seemed to me that the Thais were not without their reservations regarding Cambodia (It did him no harm to have this brought home) they would probably be disposed towards meetings a Cambodia delegation to discuss outstanding problems in an atmosphere free mutual press recriminations.
