Summary / Abstract :

Prime minister Kriang sak addressed the nation on Radio and TV on 17 November to present a 15. Point point policy statement. At the end of his talk he set the tone of the new administration by calling for cooperation from all sectors of Thai society and appealing to students who had feed into the jungles to return home. He said his government promised to protect and treat justly those students who returned to the fold, and added that ''We have no more time for guarrels''
