Thai ambassador Kasemsri tells me Thai yesterday on instructions he sent a note to the Cambodian embassy isting further Cambodian violations of Thai territory but expressing the hope that some satisfactory settlement of these differences could be reached. As you know the Thai ambassador in Peking has not been asked by his government for some time to act as a channel to the Cambodians.
