Summary / Abstract :
|
On July 20, 1977 at approximately 12: 00 hours, a Thai patrol unit, on a routine patrol mission inside Thai territory, amoushed by a big detachment of armed Cambodian soldiers at Baan Noi Parai which is situated well inside Thai territory. In the resultant clashes which continued until about 16:00 hours on the following day when the Cambodian forces withdraw across the border into Kampuchea, The Thai patrol unit suffered 17 dead and 16 wounded.
