Summary / Abstract :
|
Briefly, the report indicates that herbicide damage to fruit trees near the border was caused by drift from US defoliation operations in northern Tay Ninh, and that most damage to rubber plantations, especially, Dar and Prek Chlong, was caused by direct application during overflight on a north-south line.
