កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Phin's confession on the plots of Nhem stated that Nhem held a traitorous meeting on the joining forces to destroy the revolutionary forces in July 1976. The plots would start in January 1977. The first target stretched from Tunle Sap to Monivong Blvd. and the second target from Minovong Blvd to west of Tuol Kok. The two were supposed to meet at Chamkar Mon. The main purpose of the offensive was to capture senior leaders: brother Pol, Nuon, Khieu and Khieu Samphan. Another US-backed forces in Kampong Som were to attack and wait for assistan from Thailand. The detailed plots were to discussed again in December 1976. The offensive plots were attached with a map.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ ភីន អំពីផែនការរបស់ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម។ ញ៉ែម បានប្រជុំសម្ងាត់មួយនៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ អំពីការរួមកម្លាំង កំទេចបដិវត្ដ។ ផែនការនេះនឹងចាប់ផ្ដើមនៅខែ១-១៩៧៧ ដែលមាន មុខព្រួញទី១ ចាប់ពីមាត់ទនេ្លសាបមកផ្លូវមុនីវង្ស, មុខព្រួញទី២ ចាប់ពីផ្លូវមុនីវង្សមកខាងលិចទួលគោក ហើយចាប់ដៃគ្នានៅម្ដុំ ចំការមន។ ការវាយលុកនេះគោលបំណងសំខាន់គឺចាប់យកពួក អ្នកដឹកនាំធំៗ មានឈ្មោះបង ប៉ុល, បងនួន, បងខៀវ និង បងខៀវ សំផន។ ឯកម្លាំងមួយទៀតនៅកំពង់សោមក៍វាយទប់ ចាំកម្លាំងជំនួយ ពីប្រទេសថៃដែលមានអាមេរិកផ្ដល់ឱ្យ។ ផែនការនេះនឹងប្រជុំលំអិត ម្ដងទៀតនៅខែ១២-១៩៧៦។ ផែនការវាយលុកនេះមានភ្ជាប់គំរូ ប្លង់មួយឱ្យស្រាប់ផង។
