Summary / Abstract :

While discrepany between what Sihanouk said about Geneva conference and what were supposed to be recent Chinese on conference has struck observes here, what has chiefly caught attention in Sihanouk's 24th message is extent to which he stresses that China will not let Cambodia (I.E. Funk) down. View here is that this emphasis betrays fears about Chinese real intentions.
