I saw the President today and he appeared relaxed and calm. He told me:
A/. No Vietnamese Army officers were in Cambodia. No Vietnamese guns, radio or other equipment had been delivered to Cambodia. B/. There was no truth whatever in the claim that Vietnam was plotting with Thailand or anyone else against Cambodia. |
