Thai representatives Birabhongse Kasemsri said that four times during November Vietnamese forces fired artillery, rockets, mortars and automatic weapons at Thai territory. In addition to property damage, the incidents left one dead and several wounded, the Thai delegate said in a letter to UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim, dated November 27.
