Attached for your information are copies of extracts from a speech made by Sihanouk in Algiers at banquet given in his honour by president boumedienne on 28 June and carried by NCNA the same day, both extracts refer to the SEATO conference in Canberra and although directly attributed to Sihanouk, are the only references to the conference which we have seen in Chinese media.
