During the week following the banquet speeches reported in our memorandum, NCNA has continued to Lavish attention on the celebrations marking the anniversary of Sihanouk's arrived in China and the establishment of the Royal government of the national union of Cambodia (RGUNC) our original conclusion that Chou en-Lalo was not prepared to go so far in his expression of Chinese support for Cambodia as the extent of support claimed by Sihanouk was reenforced by these later NCNA reports .
