We called on Acting Foreign Minister, Chhan Sokhum, on December 13 principally for an indication of the latest Cambodian thinking on the expected ceasefire in VN. Chhan Sokhum said that there was no agreed ceasefire for Cambodia as such since there was no negotiation between the two sides as in VN.
