Tiv Koseth confessed that Bou Meng Tha, 35, was an electric engineer of Khmer-Soviet school. Before 17 April 1975, he was a chief of electric network. Currently, he was at Phsar Tauch electric network office. Moreover, he joined the CIA.
ទីវ កូសិទ្ធិ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ប៊ួ ម៉េងថ អាយុ ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ជាវិស្វករនៅសាលាខ្មែរ-សូវៀត ផ្នែកអគ្គីសនី។ មុន ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ជានាយខណ្ឌខាងក្រសួងបណ្ដាញអគ្គីសនី។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន នៅខាងបណ្ដាញអគ្គីសនីផ្សាតូច។ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា។
