In view of parliamentary interest in diplomatic mission in Taipei, you may to note that Roc regards recently established Khmer mission as Semi -diplomatic. It is accorded diplomatic immunities as a matter of courtesy and in reciprocity for similar privileges granted Roc mission in Phnom Penh.
