The confession of Chuon Heng aka Samit, worker of factory Ch-1, implicated Moeung. Moeung was his superior. Samit received Prim's plots and conspired to steal weapon at office of Boeng Thom sub-district.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ជួន ហេង ហៅ សាមិត កម្មកររោងចក្រចាន ច-១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ មឿង ថា មឿង ជាថ្នាក់ លើរបស់ខ្លួន។ សាមិត បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ព្រឹម ហើយបានចូលរួមលួច អាវុធនៅមន្ទីរឃុំបឹងធំ។
