The confession of Yim Dam, train worker, implicated Un Phum aka Toeu, who convinced workers to disgust the revolutionary Angkar. In August 1975, Un Phum aka Toeu inspired workers to adopt a free manner. In April 1976, Phum convinced the people to stage demonstration in June 1976 and to flee to Vietnam.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ យឹម ដាំ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយថាៈ អ៊ុន ភុំ ហៅ តឿ ជាអ្នកបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់អង្គការបដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ អ៊ុន ភុំ ហៅ តឿ ដើរបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យ រវើរវាយជាប់។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យធ្វើបាតុ កម្មនៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦, បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ទៅយួន។
