The confession of Yim Dam, train worker, implicated Ngiv Horn, train worker. Horn was a person of Toek Seng Eng [CIA]. Horn was a messenger of traitors. In October 1976, Horn made report on 4000 soldiers of Chann Raingsy along Bokor mountainous range. The soldiers were ready to launch an attack in the coming summer.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ យឹម ដាំ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ងីវ ហ៊ន កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ថាៈ ជាមនុស្សរបស់ តឹក សេងអេង «សេអ៊ីអា»។ ងីវ ហ៊ន ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំព័ត៌មានរបស់បក្ស ពួកក្បត់។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៦ ងីវ ហ៊ន បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួនពី កងទ័ពរបស់ចន័្ទរង្សីមានចំនួនប្រមាណ៤០០០នាក់នៅតាមជួរភ្នំបូក គោនឹងត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដនៅរដូវប្រាំងខាងមុខនេះ។
