The confession of Yim Dam, train worker, implicated Kem Ban, worker of sangkat Veal Rinh. Ban was an information collector for Yim Dam. In September 1976, Ban reported to him on In Tam's soldiers accounted for hundreds of thousands and equipping with 4000 tanks to prepare for an attack on the revolution along Ho Chi Minh's road in the coming summer. Besides, Ban was responsible for spreading false information within the cycle of the public to frighten the people.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ យឹម ដាំ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយពី កែម បាន កម្មករសង្កាត់វាលរិញ ថាៈ ជាខ្សែសំរាប់ស្រង់ព័ត៌មានឱ្យខ្លួន។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៦ កែម បាន បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួនអំពីកងទ័ព អិន តាំ ជាច្រើនពាន់នាក់ មានរថក្រោះ ៤០០០គ្រឿង ត្រៀម វាយបកលើបដិវត្ដតាមផ្លូវលំហូជីមិញនៅរដូវប្រាំងខាងមុខនេះ។ ជាមួយភារកិច្ចស្រង់ព័ត៌មាន កែម បាន មានភារៈផ្សាយព័ត៌មានមិន ពិតទៅក្នុងចំណោមមហាជនដើម្បីបង្អើលប្រជាជន។
