The confession of Vinh Minh Chauv, major general of Navy had translated from recording tape. On March 13, 1978 at the night, he was arrested while he was entering to spy on Kampuchea sea in order to lead soldiers to come into Kampuchea territory for second time, in which he was assigned to spy on Kampuchea territory completely during 15-day limited time.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ វិញ មិញចូវ អនុសេនីយផ្កាយពីរជើងទឹក បកប្រែចេញពីខ្សែអាត់ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី១៣-៣-១៩៧៨ នៅពេលជននេះធ្វើសកម្មភាពចូលស៊ើបយកការណ៍តាមសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីនាំទ័ពចូលជាលើកទី ២ ដោយកំណត់ពេល ១៥ ថ្ងៃត្រូវយក ការណ៍ឱ្យបានសំរេច។
