Summary / Abstract :

Chinese seem determined to persist with non-aligned resolution and show no interest in achieving consensus. MFA have said that they see essential differences between question of Cambodia and Korea as GKR's presently occupying seat of Cambodia in UN. They draw explicit parallel with situation on Chinese representation before 1971, which allowed no room for compromise.
