A special national congress of Cambodia was held between April 25th and 27th under the chairman ship of Khieu Samphan, deputy prime and minister of national defence of the RGNU of Cambodia and commander in chief of the Cambodia people's national liberation armed forces. decision were made on some important issues at the congress.
